Citywide Builders, Inc., a Scottsdale, Arizona based general contractor, specializes in offering a professional yet personal approach to the designing and building of custom homes, room additions, kitchen remodels and bath remodels and whole house renovations of all types.

Citywide Builders was founded in 1991 and since that first year has successfully completed more than 400 projects including custom homes and residential remodeling construction projects in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Paradise Valley and Carefree.

Citywide Builders consistently delivers the same professional as well as a personal service  to all of its clients whether they are building an  8,000 square foot custom home or planning a custom kitchen remodel or bath remodel or home addition to their existing residence.  Citywide Builders understands that it is the clients’ dream and has the skills and experience to make it a reality.

Owner:
Bill Dougherty, the owner of Citywide Builders, Inc., earned a B.A. in Business Management. After graduation, Bill held positions of increasing responsibility with major home building firms, learning more efficient techniques and methods as well as gaining broad design experience. In 1991, Bill founded Citywide Builders, Inc., specializing in new home and custom renovations. Today, Citywide Builders, Inc., is known for its professional and yet personal approach to each new home and custom renovation project they build.

Job Captains:
Job Captains (JC’s) continue the professional approach on site every day. Each project is assigned an experienced Job Captain. The JC takes day to day responsibility for the timely and thorough completion of the project. By having one individual with total project overview on site monitoring daily progress, scheduling is reliable and Citywide’ high standard of craftsmanship is insured and superior client communications is maintained from beginning to end.

Drafting and Design:
Citywide Builders provides complete one-stop, design build service. This helps clients design a project that meets their budget.

Preferred Craftsmen and Suppliers:
Citywide Builders has developed long term relationships with licensed, professional subcontractors and suppliers. These preferred vendors have consistently demonstrated over a long period of time that they possess the high standards that are necessary to be on the Citywide Builders preferred list.
